I really think that poaching cast members adds a whole new dimension to the game!
We play the game alot with our kids and friends' kids but don't use the poaching rule as its a bit too mean for them :) But against adults its wickedly delicious to poach a card that you want but was taken prior by the player to the right!
However, true enough to good gameplay balance, poaching is not always successful - as many a time I was tricked into poaching a card that the player to my right didn't real need - instead they got my card in exchange which was much more useful for them to gain an award!
So be aware when poaching! ;) |
